New Tubulis Gmbh technology: Researchers including our Fellow Olivier Marcq, developed a new chemical linker for antibody–drug conjugates (ADCs) that keeps drugs stable in the bloodstream but releases them cleanly inside cancer cells. Unlike current ADC linkers, it works with many different drugs, allowing targeted delivery of a wider range of cancer-killing compounds. Tests showed improved stability and effectiveness, including strong results with Gemcitabine.
